I like this photo, very charming, and scenic in an unusual way. Nicely seen and composed.

Thank you for featuring one of my shots from last week. It is a picture "the greasy pole". The Italian cummunity holds St. Peter's Fiesta at the end of June. The pole is covered with grease and a flag is put at the end. The first brave man to capture the flag is the hero!
Was that a pier at one time? I'm guessing the photo was taken from the shore, but it looks as if it's way out in the middle of the ocean! Beautiful shot
