The photo is really nice. I also like it that you're using only one small photo and then give us the link list right away. I've had problems with many of the blogs that load up the first page with big photos. It crashes my browser, and then I often can't get back in to comment. Anyway, for me this works very well! Thank you.
Just like to comment for Nascar and Horses blogsite - I am trying to add a comment but the word verification cannot be seen, tried it many times, maybe you can remove the word verification then try to approve the comment if you want to restrict it.

I am new today and excited to be a part of the group. There are so many absolutely stunning photographs represented! Wow!
It looks like the Red River Valley ... say this because of the colour of the rocky mountain. Isn't it colourful?
